                 420 rape cases has been recorded alone in the past two months. Besides, countless sexual assault and harassment has been suspected. Its sickly Rigorous to see  more than 50 organisations working (Or just scrambling for dollars, no offense) against rape and women security, government (specially our president) compulsively giving lines on justice after every highlighted cases, Nepal Police working (pretending, I think it better suits) round the clock to stand the real culprit under the purview of law. Though Nepal is making it way on to break the world record on rape.  It's serious issue to go numb knowing a child from 5 months to an old women of 60s , A school child by her teacher, daughter by her father, mother by her own son, sister by her own brother are being assaulted day after day. 

                   Following every heinous cases, powerful voices logged with rage gives hardest knock to social medias, Court table, different organizations and government schedule. Voices flares up one after the next surfacing broadsheets and as much every available means. Protest hike at front door of Singadarbar and all rounded city centre. Think tanks and law makers starts flipping the Constitutional pages and police running after the perpetrators. But next to the frontline the crime still goes on and on hideously. Escaping over those few anguished sight and  perky ears  Sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, murder after rape ,acid attack  stand hard on trend as that of wild creatures.

                After all Don't you think, we Rebuking and growling against those sheep onto the social medias is just like watering the porous sand? Don't you think pouring our unconditional hatred, anger, distress, frustration, rage and intolerable pain through these certain confined spaces is only hitting us hard despite those brutal dogs? I think so. I think all our protest and action are far much behind to reaction. How much we scramble, how much we speak out of rage and how much we bump against sterile system the things was and will go on trending. Because human is no more human now. 
       
           Ongoing these meticulous crime we might think of giving heart shaking penalties to the rapist/ Assaulters. We might be stoic to rest of the sides and jump over the existing laws and regulators for pretty hard-core about the issue not sentencing merciless death/ hanging/ firing/ beheading/head shoting/ castrating/Or even more penalties as that in China, Iraq, Afghanistan and Egypt. We start coming across the law which has set very easy penalties of 6 to 10 years to lifetime imprisonment. And here our voices are very relevant but once when we deeply get into the bitter realities or scrutinize hideous scene on the other side then we come to change our mind set. 

          It will be the matter of greatest fear of injustice on sentencing death penalties if flawless poor, underprivileged , dalit get into it. And if we visualize cases in wide scheme (cases in Afghanistan) it's for real. If rapist can attempt assault how could we believe he won't threat or enticed her?. How could we always believe victim? And how could we believe to those landing on high post and power as they never be culprit or aren't sheltering the real culprit. 

         Though all women are unsafe, all men are not rapist. Also all the women are not always sacred, slut to exist in the society who might scrub dignity of innocent ones. Here is shameless and freaky example on it through which I went across during 2018s. The bitter reality I Stumble upon was " sexual harassment”. A girl was growling and berating over her cousin brother as she find herself harassed. Everyone gathered gave a continuous glare at boy. I pleaded for the fifth since I got the vibe of innocence in a boy and overconfidence in the girl. Sometimes what we see isn't right and what's right may be under seen. In case of harassment I don't think always girls are scared and flawless. Form the dawn of civilization, gyz are cooked in this matter but sluts still exist ,merely putting on this as opportunity. Culprits may be anyone, has no right to scrub others dignity. For each and every time screaming out ,"our bunch is male dominated" is not practical. Do you think realization of victory on agitating for women violence and equality always works?...... 

               Far from the longest time , Brutality, cruelty and inhumanity has undermine intellect, altruism and humanity. Erstwhile, human were beaded together with pure emotion ,powerful trust, humane, sacred spirit, intellect . While Now there is no longer any difference between sapiens and the feral beast. Until and unless insighting/ Delighting/ introducing/ retrieving meaning to Humanitian and intellection beside Sentencing pretty hard penalties it's impossible to arrest rape and the actual rapist.
