Brief analysis on the Decision on dissolution of the house of representative of ferderal parliament.
Immediately after PM's move on dissolution of house of representative surfaced the media, all rounded dissenting voices lodged with criticism flared up and is ballooning. Questions are continuously hitting the news portal
*IS THE decision made by the PM a rational one?
*IS THE DECISION authentic and legal?
*ISN'T the move authoritarian, undemocratic and step to retrogression?
*HAS Constitution gave PM the prerogative power to move on like the way he's moving?
* WHAT about the law and act (Article 75 and 76 on the constitution 2073)?
*Is Presidential action without consents of legends, cabinet ministrals and top leaders of different political parties legitimate?
*Has president supported the heart of the constitution or hold the tail of our respected PM?
*Last but not the least, Is the decision to conduct the election on Baisakh 17 and Baisakh 26 2078 democratic?
Every newsfeed, broadsheets, portals and media hubs is being taken by these questions as soon as PM and president dismissed the circular table declaring the date for dissolution of federal parliament. Major outlander NC including ,Janata Samajwadi party, Sajha Bibeksil party and even public are coming down to road backlashing the moves made by PM and president. Mass from antiparty is hosing down on the road flaring the line"k.p oli murdabad, Bidhya Devi murdabad " Meanwhile, Minister Girirajmani pokhrel, Barsaman pun Magar, Yogesh Bhattarai, Bina Magar, Ghanashyam Bhusal, Sakti Bhahadur Basnet and Rameshwor Raya yadav signing up the resignation letter has escalated the criticism to the peak.
SEEMINGLY, There may not be other line beyond "Aww, snap" for all these moves( PM presidental decision and antiparty dissent). Though this sudden move can somersaults the whole democratic system, all the dissenting voices against it may further be infectious to democracy. Undoubtedly, Decision on such national and democratic issue must involve wide concern and mass involvement. But it doesn't mean the action is completely erratic and blunder. IT also has notion within it and is under west ministral system. According to constitutional act 2073 article 87 government has right to dissolve the parliament if he thought it's the need of the democracy or public. If we leaf out the pages of history constitutional act 2046, Girijaprashad koirala has made this attempt believing on the onward progessive move.
LET'S iterate our thought, what might be the best action beside this? IS handing over the power to Prachanda, Madav Kumar Nepal or Bamdev Gautam get the track out to the problem? Is continuation of Kp's 2/3 majority government possible? Is handing over the government to Anti party NC democratic? I DON'T think All these option could solve the ongoing loopholes, failure and cracks of the government.
Of course there is no second line/controversy to claim that present tenure of k.p Oli has freezed to workout in reducing pandemic pressure, maintaining diplomatic relation, and managing intra-and inter- party conflict. But what do you think, to all these unsuccess and back fall is only government responsible? Obviously not, continuous backfiring of anti-party, rivals, Indian media, Nepalese youth, and some legends has demotivate and even pacified the government moves and action. Taking off to aim with every time criticism from intra party factions, regular backfiring from NC and time and again scratching against every moves by citizen (either progressive or not) with no single supporting hands, PM might has make to this authoritarian moves which though has democratic consent. So may be KP has taken extra move to support his continuous utterance to leave the governmental power to new generation.
So,Be positive and act genuinely.
Let's take a genuine and intellectual moves to set better, prosperous and advance future.
